Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, the order may be processed or dispatched, and cancellation will not be initiated. 

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To cancel your order within the permitted timeframe, please do one of the following:

  • Send an email to svaksiclothing@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

If the Order Has Been Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation without a shipping deduction.

In such cases:

The refund will be issued fully as store credit to your account.

A shipping charge of ₹200 will be applicable and deducted from the store credit before it is added to your account.

Prepaid orders: Eligible cancellations will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. This credit will be valid for 6 months.

Important Information

Cancellations are not allowed once the product has been delivered.

Misuse of the cancellation policy, including repeated cancellations or false orders, may lead to restrictions on future purchases or account suspension.
