Return Exchange Policy
Return Timeframe
We understand things don’t always work out. If you need to return a product, the entire process usually takes up to 7 working days.
Once we receive the item, our team will check it within 2 working days.
If everything is fine, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Important: Refunds are given as store credit in your Svaksi account. You can use this credit for any future purchase within 6 months.
When Can You Return a Product?
To accept your return, we check the following:.
- You must raise the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- he product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. (You can try it on to check size and fit, but it must not carry any smell like perfume, body odour, or deodorant.)
- All original tags and labels must still be attached to the product.
Refund Method
We do not offer cash refunds or send money to your bank account.
Your refund will be added to your Svaksi account as store credit, which you can use for future purchases.
This credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is added.
Exchange Policy

When Can You Exchange a Product?

- All price tags and brand labels must be attached and in original condition.
Exchange for a Different Size
We allow size exchanges only for the same product.
You cannot exchange it for a different product or design.
Pick-Up Service for Exchange
We do offer a pick-up service to make the exchange easier. Please keep in mind:
- his service is chargeable, and the fee is non-refundable.
- A flat ₹200 fee will apply.
- You must pay this fee through Google Pay, Paytm, or Bank Transfer only.
